Attack: When an attacker gets a chance to hit the ball, they try to use their strength to hit the ball as hard as possible into the opponent’s court.

Defenders: When the opponent is on offense, you as a defender try to get in between them and the ball so that they can’t hit it into your court.

Mixed Strategy: If you’re playing a mixed strategy game, in which one player is on both offense and defense, try to switch roles so that you are on the receiving end.
